Current progress
We completed a WelTAG Stage 1 appraisal that identified a short list of options. We consulted on the options in spring 2019. We reviewed responses to the consultation and identified 4 options.
In 2007 we protected a route through Llandeilo via a TR111 notice. This notice safeguards a corridor of land to prevent any development along it. Whilst this notice is still in place it has no bearing on the current WelTAG process.

How we are consulting
We will hold public forums at the end of each WelTAG stage. We consulted in autumn 2020.
Next steps
Following the consultation, the WelTAG review group will consider all of your feedback and will recommend a preferred option by spring 2024.
