What we do
We provide expert child-focused advice and support, safeguard children and make sure their voices are heard in family courts across Wales so that decisions are made in their best interests.
We may only become involved in a family law case when required by the court.
We are not a legal service and cannot provide legal advice.
If you are unsure who you need to contact please contact the office closest to the court where your case is being heard. We are unable to provide legal advice or discuss cases with anyone that is not a named party in our cases. We may ask you to confirm your identity with security questions when contacting us about your case.
If you have any concerns that a child’s safety or welfare is being put at risk and the risk is immediate and urgent, please contact the police directly.
