The Fair Work Commission recommended how to encourage fair employment practices across Wales.

The Fair Work Commission was set up by the First Minister to make recommendations on fair work.

It considered how Welsh Government could promote fair employment practices across Wales.

The Commission was a Welsh Government ministerial body.

The members of the Commission were:

  • Professor Linda Dickens MBE (Chair)
  • Professor Edmund Heery
  • Sarah Veale CBE
  • Sharanne Basham-Pyke

Professor Alan Felstead was the independent expert adviser to the Commission.

The Commission published its recommendations in the Fair Work Wales report in spring 2019.
