Defra and the Welsh Government are seeking views on proposed amendments to exemptions and exclusions in the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016.
The Environment Agency and Natural Resources Wales have concluded that some small adjustments may be made to allow more flexibility for individuals and businesses.
