Details
The storage of oil includes:
- petrol
- diesel
- kerosene
- lubricating oil (both mineral and synthetic)
- waste oil
- vegetable oil
- plant oil
It is part of the Water Resources (Control of Pollution) (Oil Storage) (Wales) Regulations 2016.
It is no longer part of the Water Resources (Control of Pollution) (Silage, Slurry and Agricultural Fuel Oil) (Wales) Regulations 2010.
