There are 2 ways someone can act on behalf of someone else with us at the Welsh Revenue Authority:
- you can authorise someone to act for you in your tax affairs, such as a tax professional, friend or relative
- if you already hold power of attorney for someone else you can let us know you act for them by providing evidence
